Nina and the team booked in my end of tenancy cleaning a couple of days before the clean. On the day Nina rang to ask if the team could come early which worked perfectly for me and they were ready outside the property at the time stated. The clean was done thoroughly and to the standard needed by the landlord.

I used Top cleaning GB for our end of tenancy clean and they were fantastic from start to finish with amazing results. Nina is great and will help you through everything and responds very quickly to emails. Ivan was very thorough and spent many hours cleaning to make the house perfect. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.

Hello .. I’ve been using Top Cleaning for about two years now for all of our end of tenancy cleaning for our riverside apartments. We have a number of luxury properties in central London which do require a high standard of cleaning and they always do a great job. The teams work very hard and I’ve never had any issues. For such a professional clean they really are very reasonable. I can highly recommend them.

When I read the reviews on google, I was at first doubtful and wondered how many of these were real. After trying TopCleaningGB, I understand why there is a consensus around the quality of their service:

– I ordered an end of tenancy cleaning. The person taking my call, Mira, was extremely helpful and professional, clearly explaining the different options and what would be done.

– They estimated 4 hours of work. Upon completion after 3 hours, they agreed to refund me £20 from agreed price, to take into account the time saved.

– They had clearly warned me not to leave any belongings in the flat. I had unfortunately forgotten a valuable hat, and upon discovering it was not in the flat anymore after the cleaning, I called Mira on her mobile at 9pm. Despite being out of her working hours, she took my call and immediately reached out to the cleaning team to understand what happened. I was first advised it had been disposed off and Mira called me and the team several time to locate the exact bin, and the type of bags the had had been placed into. Upon discovering the hat was not in the bin bag, she reached out to the team again who went through all their things, to finally find the hat. This took several hours and many back and forth calls and texts.

– The team then went out of their way to bring it to the concierge at my new development. In the process, Mira was constantly available and very responsive.

I can honestly say I have never seen a company going so much out of their way to provide the best service they can to their customer. In a society were customer service seems to be a thing of the past, this company clearly stands out. I would not hesitate a second to recommend this company and after this very positive experience will appoint them for regular domestic cleaning service.

I have been having a fortnightly clean with Top Cleaning for the last 8 years and have always been very happy with the service. 

I’ve had a few different cleaners over the years and all have done a very thorough job and all have been extremely friendly and  trustworthy and I have no hesitation in leaving the cleaners to work their magic whilst no one else is home.

My current cleaner is Julieta who is lovely!

So, this cleaning company exceeds all expectations. They are very polite, punctual, constantly smile while they are working and they do an amazing job! They cleaned the flat to the highest possible standard, everything was shining by the time they left.
