COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) CURRENT INFORMATION:
The Government has confirmed that cleaning work can continue by following the safety guidelines.
While COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak is still surrounding our day to day life, our priority at Top Cleaning GB continues to be the health, the safety and the well-being of all our staff members, cleaners, clients and partners.
We are open and operating to the safest way for all by taking the necessary steps and strictly following Public Health London and UK Government Guidelines.
Latest Government Guidelines & Advice
Cleaning work at homes can continue, providing that the cleaners have no Coronavirus symptoms and no one from their household is self-isolating, having symptoms or been told to shield
Travel to and from any cleaning working site is allowed
Social distancing of at least 2 meters must remain at all time
Personal hygiene and protection measures remain in place for all on site
Helpful Guidelines for Clients
Client should notify Top cleaning GB Office team, skip, re-schedule or pause the cleaning session if he/she or anyone from his/hers household had coronavirus symptoms, have been a confirmed COVID-19 case or have been advices to self-isolate or shield
Client should maintain a social distancing of at least 2 meters while the cleaner/cleaners are working at the property
Vulnerable client should consider extra care and social distancing at all time during the cleaning session
Clients should open the windows where possible to allow ventilation
Clients should wash cleaning cloths (if supplied by the client) at a high temperature after each cleaning session
Helpful Guidelines for Cleaners
Cleaners should notify Top Cleaning GB office team and take time off work if they developed any kind of coronavirus symptoms, if anyone from their household has coronavirus symptoms or if anyone from their household have been advised to self-isolate or shield
Cleaners should use a face mask or a face cover if public transport is used
Cleaners should avoid using public transport where possible
Cleaners should use hand sanitiser when using public transport services
Cleaners should wear Personal Protective Equipment while working: Gloves – disposable or machine washable are recommended. Face mask or a face cover and an overall suit are required where necessary
Personal hygiene such as thorough wash of hands with warm water and soap for 20 seconds before, during and after the cleaning session is strongly recommendable
Cleaners should open windows where possible to allow better ventilation
Cleaners should pay special attention to the highly touched areas such as: door and cupboards handles, countertops, light switches, tables etc.
Cleaners should maintain a social distancing of at least 2 meters from anyone on site at all time
Cleaners should wash cleaning cloths at a high temperature after each cleaning session
